Shed those Holiday pounds in just 6 weeks!
By now you’re well into the new year and we hope you’re enjoying the wonderful weather. There’s so much to do around town over the next few months, it’s almost busier than the holidays!
But that’s no reason to put your health on hold. It’s time to get your weight on track.
On Wednesday, 1/18th, Lynn will hold the second January group session for those of you who want to have some fun while you reduce your weight.
Group participants will receive a 10% discount off the regular diet price.
Participants will meet at Pineapple Health and the session will begin.
Lynn will go over the diet plan and take each person’s details. Everyone will leave with their diet and a plan.
You might even make a few new friends.
Each succeeding Wednesday in January there will be a new group. No need to return; no ‘meetings’ but as always you will have full support for your plan.
If a ‘group’ isn’t for you, feel free to schedule a private session. Just let Lynn know what you prefer.
